Job Description

Evaluate Company's technical project specifications and match appropriate company's technical personnel resources to meet clients' technical requirements. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design, systems, and procedures, conduct simplification studies, and prepare manuals to assist in operating more efficiently and effectively. Evaluate the projects Systems Analyst technical requirements of prospective client projects and determine the proper skills required to meet these technical requirements in the most cost-effective manner for company clients. Review company's systems Analysts' technical skills and match these to client and prospective client project technical requirements. Prepare reports based on technical analysis. Make recommendations to management for assignment of the appropriate qualified candidates. Liaise with company clients to assess the technical project requirements. Prepare reports explaining the systems analyst requirements and make recommendations to management for assignment of qualified candidates

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related quantitative/analytical field. Or in the alternative a bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Applications, or related quantitative/analytical field of study AND five (5) years of experience in the offered position or related experience.
