Name of Position: Data Analyst

Work Location: Work From Home (Remote Working)

Reporting Location: Malaysia

Experience: 1 to 3 years.

Salary: Industry Standards (up to 4,000 per month).

Role/Responsibilities

• Your primary job is to provide actionable insights and intelligence to the growth team.
• Build and maintain reliable data reporting interfaces/dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Support delivery of Analytics roadmap, infrastructure development and other key initiatives to drive data-driven culture.
• Optimise data management and tracking processes across functions and business units.
• Produce monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports for the business reviews to the executive leadership.
• Take initiatives to maintain and enrich data quality by advocating best practices.
• Partner with growth & product team to align on solutions and methodology for measuring funnel performance, web analytics, user experience, performance marketing and customer retention.
• Support ad hoc deep dives to help our stakeholders to optimise their business strategies.
• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to business and marketing leaders.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have an experience of 1-3 years in the analytics space preferably digital/marketing/web analyst for a growing company.
• A solid understanding of digital data analytics, tracking mechanisms, digital marketing and customer journey.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesise large amounts of data, identify key trends and translate into insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with data sources such as Hubspot, Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.
• Exposure to GTM, GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs is a plus point.
• Technically sound with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets and data viz tools such as Data Studio, PowerBI.
• Exposure to data warehouses and cloud based technologies such as GCP, Snowflake and AWS is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python/R is not mandatory but an advantage.
