This role is ideal for anyone with a natural drive, self-motivated, result-oriented, and ambitious with a desire to utilize their sales skills. We will provide you with all the knowledge on our products and services with proven sales outreach tactics to ensure your success. Training and development are what we do, and we want you to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Ascertain the student's goals through proper questioning, while guiding students into the best program for their needs.
  • Calling multiple potential students daily to convert into enrolled students
  • Confidently present program information, promote and sell products/services.
  • Establish positive relationships with students to achieve or exceed pre-established sales goals.
  • Continuously improve through feedback through coaching sessions and weekly communications.
  • Meaningful contribution to creative selling opportunities, and insightful suggestions to further business to management.
  • Effectively interact with potential students through phone, text, and email.
  • Goal oriented, ability to work in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

  • 6 months - 3 years sales experience; sales or business development
  • Relationship developing experience, including but not limited to scheduling, interviewing, and client services
  • High desire to aid in helping students achieve their professional goals
  • Has worked in a sales role and displayed excellent communication skills
  • Experience with working independently
  • Proven ability to self motivate
  • Skilled with professional use of computer, and social media
