Position Overview: As a Senior Technical Service Engineering Consultant you will be responsible managing complex product issues to resolution, as the project lead and assist in identifying root cause and corrective actions for Medium and Heavy Duty Vehicles. This is an engineering and technical role working with our dealer network to understand field quality issues arising within our customers’ vehicles, working with engineering to identify a solution for vehicles in both post and pre-production to ensure maximum uptime for our customers.
