Job Description A large financial organization is seeking a Software Engineer - Quality Engineering III that will sit hybrid onsite in Cincinnati Ohio for a long term contract role. This individual will be working with the IVR/Telephony team to test the system using Cyara. You will be responsible for building out Cyara test cases using CX models which are executable bits of code (kind of like a flow chart or agents) and executing the models for when regression is needed. To be successful, you must be a strong communicator and be willing to work across various teams to track down test that will be loaded into Cyara to run executions on multiple tests.
