Job Description: General Summary: The Specifications Support member, with overall supervision from the Manager of Architecture assists in executing office and project-related specifications and technical tasks of simple complexity. Essential Job Functions: Capable of generally reading and understanding construction drawings and construction specifications. Possess/demonstrates the technical ability to assist in the editing of construction specifications. Assists in the assembling of construction specification sections into a project manual based on direction from the specifications writing technical staff. Assists in preparation of basic specifications, including formatting the specs to meet the company or client standards. Possess/demonstrates the communication skills to work with all assigned project team members, including engineering disciplines.
