The Business Area ContiTech develops, produces and markets products, systems and intelligent components made from rubber, plastic, metal and textiles. These products are used in mining, the agricultural industry, railway engineering mechanical and plant engineering, the automotive industry and other important sectors of the future. The Production Operators utilize entry level skills to support general semi-automated and operator loaded machining and manufacturing equipment. Operators must be able to read specifications, use hand tools, tape measures and other gauging devices, to monitor current and ongoing product quality. Must follow plant safety policies, plant policies, environmental policies, and keep areas neat and orderly. Operators will need to use problem solving skills in case of machine cycle issues.
