Overview The HR Ops Coordinator will be a part of the PBNA HR Operations Employee Relations Center ofExcellence. The role will be responsible for supporting PBNA E2E Speak Up Investigations, EmployeeInvestigations, and/or Appeals Investigations. The role will evolve over time to support HR OperationalTransactional work as part of PBNAs Employee Relations needs. The ideal candidate can learn new processes quickly, think strategically, have superior verbal andwritten communication skills, have an investigative/curious mind, and maintain high levels ofconfidentiality and customer service Responsibilities Organize and disseminate cases in an efficient and timely manner.
