As a Reward Analyst (Analytics), you will report to a Senior Manager, Reward Analytics within the Reward, Performance, and Accountability team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our reward strategy and frameworks by assisting with all aspects of the performance and reward cycle. You will provide day-to-day support for Reward Managers, handle market matching and data surveys, and contribute to various reward-related projects. Additionally, you will maintain knowledge articles, document processes, and develop and maintain dashboards. Using your analytical skills, you will analyze data and draw out insights and themes using SQL.
