Introduction Winnebago Mental Health Institute (WMHI), located near Oshkosh WI, is looking to hire two full-time Custodians. WMHI is a part of the Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) and is a psychiatric hospital providing quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. These positions will work primarily weekdays (Monday - Friday). Employees will be assigned one of two shifts: 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM or 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The positions will be required to work once every 16th weekend and may require some holidays, and possible overtime, depending on the needs of the facility. A $2000 sign-on bonus applies to those with no prior state service in the last five years; must stay with WMHI in the position until completing probation.
