Job Description Supports hardware repair operations in Oracle's global cloud computing environment (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - OCI). Responsible for identifying and championing ideas to make repairs within OCI's infrastructure safer, more reliable, and more efficient. Responsibilities Responsibilities · Identifies areas for efficiency improvements and defect reductions in operations performed by Cloud Hardware Support (CHS) staff. o Selects and reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure potential and actual gains. o Drives improvements in how CHS and partner teams interface. · Mentors regional technical leads. Qualifications · Experience as a technical lead of a large organization. · Critical thinking skills. · An ability and willingness to challenge established practices.
