ROLE SUMMARY The Commercial Leadership Training Director is responsible for the content development and program delivery of leadership development programs for commercial leaders such as Leading High Performing Teams, Coaching Skills, Handling Challenging Conversations, Business Acumen, Executive Presence etc. The role designs and delivers content and training that support the commercial organization's strategy, values, and goals, ensuring leaders are offered needed curriculum and training to master leadership skills and coaching needed to engage and lead the team, and improving best in class leader capabilities, customer facing strategy, capability and outcomes across the organization.
