Duties The position is located in the Cytology Laboratory at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. The duties and responsibilities of the Cytotechnologist include, but are not limited to the following: Performs diagnostic work with responsibility for identification, localization and interpretation of cellular abnormalities and for coordinating comprehensive routine and highly specialized cytopathology procedures.
