Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Director of Payroll to sit onsite in Louisville, KY for a direct placement opportunity. The Sr. Director of Payroll is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing by overseeing all aspects of the organization's in house payroll operations. This role applies a strong compliance and service oriented approach when partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors, while providing both tactical and strategic leadership to drive payroll best practices.
