The Assistant General Counsel, Patent Litigation role is responsible for actively developing and executing patent litigation strategy across a broad and diverse international intellectual property and product/technology portfolio, including focusing on United States and European patent litigation while working within a global matrixed structure to input into global patent disputes and strategies. The expectation for this role is to proactively set and drive litigation strategy, including leading and supervising external counsel. This role is also responsible for avoiding litigation and other disputes, through preventative and pragmatic legal advice, identification of potential risk areas, and driving early resolution of disputes/claims when necessary.
