About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 16 The Role: Global Head of Compensation Location: 55 Water St, New York, NY 10041 / Virtual USA The Team: This position oversees all global compensation programs for S&P Global, Inc. The position will oversee a team of ~20 people, including 5 - 6 direct reports. The position will also play a major role in coordinating People Rewards due diligence efforts during M&A activity and will roll up to the SVP, Head of People Experience.
