Duties Description The incumbent of this position will be responsible for providing access to NYSIF’s digital resources (software, servers, files and shared folders) to authorized users in accordance with NYSIF policies and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Address assigned service requests and provide assistance to end users. • Work with business departments to enhance the end user experience when requesting system access. • Contribute to project and initiatives for service delivery improvements to ensure a timely and consistent service experience for end users.• Assist with system access recertification efforts.• Create and maintain user and instructional supporting documentation for user access management services. • Demonstrated ability to engage in good customer service skills when working with end users is required.• Assist with modifying of objects in Active Directory...
