Job Description Inside Sales manager will lead a team of Inside Sales professionals focused on account management and opportunity management. Responsibilities Supervise a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) Planning - Work with assigned ISRs to develop district specific business plans that align with regional specific priorities. Coach assigned ISRs on technical and selling skills, be present and responsive to questions daily. Process Improvement - Identify process improvement opportunities and lead specified projects to implement. Opportunity Management - Create, manage, and close assigned sales opportunities.
