ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Works under the direction of Public Service Corps Operation Manager (PSC) in the operations and a specific group of worker’s and staff members. Assists with evaluating projects to determine requirements and assigns workers as needed. Provides work direction, assignment of duties, training, and evaluation of work performance of assigned staff. Coordinates and participates in strategic planning, for policy development, data collections, and reporting activities for operations. Verifies that work is performed per guidelines. Ensures that work processes comply with all applicable safety rules and regulations. Determines the type of equipment and material needed for projects/jobs.
