Position: Pastry Chef The Inn at Taughannock Falls, a luxury boutique hotel, with a 140-seat casual lakeview restaurant and an epic event venue located in Trumansburg, NY is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to collaborate alongside the Executive Chef, Banquet Chef and Event Planners to fulfill all the dessert needs for the restaurant and event space. Pastry Chef candidates must have artistic abilities to bake and decorate world-class cakes and pastries in a visually appealing way. Our ideal candidate shares our passion for delivering the highest quality creative food to our guests. Looking for someone to elevate fresh breakfast by baking fresh croissants, scones, cinnamon buns and home make muffins for our continental breakfast. Must be experienced in preparing a variety of wonderful desserts for the restaurant, gluten free and vegan included. Pastry chef must be willing to train and oversee another kitchen staff on how to prepare some of the restaurant desserts....
