Overview Job Description In 2024, Epsilon launched Epsilon Accelerate, an evolution of Yieldify combined with Epsilon’s award-winning technologies, to provide best-in-class website personalization, conversion optimization and customer journey solutions - helping us to deliver smart, personalized marketing to even more brands around the word. Our team is currently seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support Epsilon Accelerate. The TAM will report to the Principal Technical Account Manager and will be the main point of contact for our US teams both internally and externally. This is a hybrid role base in New York City. What You’ll Achieve Develop in-depth knowledge of Epsilon Accelerate. You will be joining the team that are the experts across Accelerate and will be the “go-to” person in the US.
