*Must Have Qualifications:** * 2+ years of purchasing and buying experiences Must have experiences working with different vendors Bilingual is preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and high level of computer literacy Will be operating in several different software applications Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, prioritization, and time management skills Candidates must be available: Monday – Friday (7am – 7pm) for an 8 hour shift Job Description:* Work on RFQs for industrial materials: Identify existing and new vendors Negotiate pricing Determine product availability and terms of sale Serve as vendor contact and resolve product discrepancies. Process new orders in our system Create new items Create Order in our software system Maintain daily records of new product and vendor information.
