Develops, implements and maintains company compensation policies and programs. This role will partner with the business to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation. This role will engage in work such as job descriptions reviews, conducting job analysis, pricing roles and advising HRBPs and business leaders on best practices for offers and promotion. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact as it relates to compensation programs and processes. This role maintains a working knowledge of federal and state legislation and labor contracts that may affect compensation policies.
