Position Summary Pearson Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Director of Customer Success to lead and manage our Product Sales Specialists within Customer Success Team. This role is critical in driving sales across our College & Career Prep portfolio, which includes AP/Honors, Dual Enrollment, and General Education products to the secondary school market. The Sr. Director of Customer Success will partner closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Product Management and Regional Sales teams to ensure our specialists are equipped with the latest product information and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets as well as customer satisfaction objectives.
