The Medication History Senior Technician is primarily responsible for completing medication histories on inpatients at Main Campus. Completion of medication histories requires direct patient conversation and accurate documentation in the medical record. This includes collaboration with the patient care team, interviewing patients and/or caretakers and contacting outside healthcare entities (e.g., hospitals, provider offices, pharmacies, etc.) to obtain patient information.
