The University of Iowa Department of Neurology is seeking a part-time overnight Clinical Technician to independently monitor patients in the adult and pediatric Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) and the Electroencephalogram (EEG) lab via digital equipment. This position is responsible for initiating and terminating EMU/EEG studies, as well as ensuring studies are recorded. The Clinical Tech monitors patients and helps maintain the EEG recording quality. This position will also provide support to other EEG Clinical Technicians and Technologists, Nursing staff and Faculty. Job Duties to Include: Prepares area and materials for patient testing in the adult and pediatric EMU and EEG lab.
