DEFINITION : The Marketing and Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers while also overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote NETCAC’s mission, programs, and events. This dual-role position involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting fundraising efforts, as well as ensuring a positive volunteer experience by coordinating schedules, providing training, and fostering volunteer engagement. This individual will actively recruit, screen, train, support, supervise and recognize volunteers. S/He will perform public relation functions such as coordinating special events, outreach, and public speaking in the community.
