The Customer Relations Group of ENGIE Resources focuses on providing best-in-class customer service to all ENGIE customers. This team is responsible for inbound and outbound customer service communications, customer issue inquiry and resolution, and customer feedback. The Customer Relations Analyst II focuses on the needs of the customer, providing the data and service(s) requested to ensure that customer expectations are not only managed but met. This role reports to the Customer Relations Manager and is in Houston, TX.
