Description GENERAL SUMMARY: Provide supervision for Banking Services Department. Ensure that the quality and timeliness of branches request are met. Performs duties of the Department as needed. Is responsible for workflow, and completion of duties of the department. Assist internal and external customers as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provides telephone customer service and support for external and internal customers regarding inquires and problem resolution. Follows up to verify items have been resolved in a timely manner. Supervises, trains, and assists all areas of Banking Services Department. Oversees that work is completed on time and is correct.
