Position Summary LCI is seeking an Avaya Engineer that will be responsible for the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of our enterprise voice, video, and unified communication systems. You will specialize in Avaya Aura (Communication Manager, Session Manager) and IP Office platforms to ensure high-quality, reliable communication services. This role involves optimizing IP telephony, managing SIP trunking, and supporting contact center technologies to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Individual must be able to attain and maintain a valid U.S. Government security clearance.
