The University of Iowa Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a Clinic Services Specialist at our North Dodge Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Clinic. Under general supervision, this position is responsible for scheduling patient appointments and visits in multiple outpatient clinics using the EPIC system. The Clinic Services Specialist will perform scheduling, reception functions and telephone coverage in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology including obtaining and/or completing documentation and providing factual information requiring knowledge of both the assigned and related work areas. Included in general functions are co-pay collection, incoming fax management, appointment scheduling face to face, use of the work queue, and coordination with multiple departments. The University of Iowa Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a Sonographer. The sonographer will perform obstetric and gynecologic ultrasounds and ultrasound-guided procedures under physician supervision. This position includes moving and lifting equipment and patients. Weekends, holiday rotations, and travel to outreach clinics is required as part of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Ultrasound Service.
