Human Resources, responsible for maintaining accurate employee and position data while supporting compensation programs and processes. This
role manages HR system transactions within Oracle HCM (myHR), ensures the integrity of employee and job data, and supports job evaluation,
market pricing, and compensation initiatives. The Specialist also provides customer service support to the campus community, serves as
back-up for the HR front desk and HR Assistant, and contributes to system testing and process improvement efforts. Essential
