AssistantDirector for Community Standards& Student Wellbeing DESCRIPTION OF JOB: As part of the Dean of Students (DOS) Office, the Assistant Director will serve as a student conduct hearing officer, as well as provide guidance for related institutional and divisional policy development and implementation. The Assistant Director also provides outreach for students needing support due to challenges impacting their wellbeing and will help develop plans for support and provide referrals to other resources on and off campus. The Assistant Director will coordinate and support programming and initiatives promoting student wellbeing across campus. The Assistant Director works within the DOS Office and will have other duties that support the general functions of the DOS Office.
