Job Title: Manager, Field Operations Department: Water Operations Shift: Wednesday through Sunday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Salary Range: $90,000-$106,400 Pay Grade: 8 FLSA Status: Exempt Under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Field Operations, the Manager, Field Operations is responsible for the daily supervision, management, and quality of work for field service crews, consultants and contractors as assigned. The incumbent will oversee operations and maintenance and maintain system assets such as meters, valves, hydrants, and pipes so that the system is sound and delivers quality water to the residents of Pittsburgh, ensuring customer connections and resolving customer complaints.
