Job Description: AREA COORDINATOR Office of Residence Life Purpose: In alignment with Fairfield University’s Jesuit and Catholic Mission, the office of Residence Life seeks to promote the integration of each student’s mind, body and spirit in community. The Office of Residence Life supports all residential and commuter undergraduate students in providing a welcoming home and community founded in a shared sense of responsibility. Position: The Area Coordinator position is a dynamic, live-in position responsible for student formation, community development, and facilities management of a residential area comprising 200-400 residents. In this role, Area Coordinators are seen as role models, facilitators, leaders and essential persons in the effective operations of the Residence Life program.
