Description The Adult Representation Services (ARS) department is seeking an Associate Attorney or Attorney to represent clients facing legal proceedings in one of our core practice areas which include parent representation in child protection and child support contempt matters, housing, guardianship, and mental health civil commitment. Applicants with knowledge or interest in any practice area are strongly encouraged to apply. If you have a preferred area or areas of practice, please note it in your cover letter. ARS provides high-quality, equitable representation to clients experiencing poverty in certain civil matters where appointment of counsel is necessary to protect a fundamental right.
