The Finance and Operations Manager assists the Pastor in fulfilling his responsibility for the administration of the parish and cemetery. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring proper stewardship of the financial, facility, human, and information resources. You will work at the parish office in Franklin. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Management In consultation with the Pastor, Finance Council, and Pastoral Plan, develop, implement, and administer Archdiocesan policies and guidelines. Consistent with parish and cemetery financial reporting requirements, prepare budgets, annual reports, interim reports, general ledgers, allocation summaries and other management reports, offering financial strategies and recommendations to the Pastor and Finance Council.
