Overview To establish guidelines and procedures for investigating allegations of misconduct, abuse, or violations of policies and procedures within the Youth Services Center. Position Responsibilities Investigate Allegations. Conduct thorough, objective, and impartial investigations into allegations of misconduct, abuse, violations of policies and procedures, resident grievances, and other compliance-related concerns within the Youth Services Center (YSC). Investigate YSC staff and interview contract staff who have potentially engaged in activity not in compliance with Marion County YSC/Marion Superior Court policies. Review Complaints and Resident Grievances. Receive, review, document, and manage complaints and grievances submitted by residents, staff, and external parties regarding potential wrongdoing, misconduct, policy violations, staff-resident interactions, or breaches of protocol within the facility.
