Ledge HR was formed in December 2020 over a dinner between two good friends that had polarising backgrounds in the human resource domain. The idea is the merging of people and science. Alex King has a wealth of experience in recruitment, people networking, and talent acquisition. Joshua del Rio has a background running a data-driven systematic hedge fund and using these concepts to build teams. Both have a passion for understanding people.
