SCOPE: Reports to Early Head Start Coordinator. Responsible for implementing the Early Head Start program in compliance with all rules, regulations and performance standards. QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a home-based CDA credential or comparable credential, or equivalent coursework as part of an associates degree; and a minimum of a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or related field. Demonstrated ability to work independently and use computers. Must have valid drivers license and automobile available for work.
