JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: Reliability and Design Engineer Duties: Rexnord Industries, LLC seeks a Reliability and Design Engineer reporting to headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to conduct manufacturing engineering analysis under limited supervision. Develop engineering requirements for couplings monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions. Use 3D CAD models along with FEA tools to design and analyze products. Implement coupling solution prototypes at the factory test lab and at customer sites. Commission and support coupling solutions and monitoring systems installations. Conduct failure analyses, including detailed root cause analysis with effective corrective actions. Perform field service for engineering instrumentation. Create technical documentation including engineering drawings, bill of materials (BOMs), and layouts.
