Duties include preparing and cooking individual orders, preparing and cooking large quantities of food items for the buffet lines and banquet events; keeping food items prepped and stocked during the shift; set up and breakdown of food stations including washing dishes and mopping floors. Cooks will set up the food items as well as individual ingredients needed for the shift into the hot and cold holding stations on the line that are needed to prepare/cook the menu items.
