Summary The Supervisory Medical Support Assistant (MSA) position serves as the direct line supervisor to two GS-07 lead and all Advanced Medical Support Assistant (AMSA) staff in Primary Care Clinics (inclusive of New Veterans Services clinic formerly known as OEF/OIF) and is a foundational role within Primary Care Service.
