JOB CORRECTIONS OFFICER WITH THE VALDEZ POLICE DEPARTMENTThe City of Valdez Public Safety Department is accepting applications for a Corrections Officer. This is a fully benefited, hourly position working a non-standard schedule - 75 hours per week, week on/week off. Under general supervision, this position performs the duties of Correctional Officer (see duties below); complies with Police Department procedures to assure the safety of officers, emergency services personnel, and the public.
