About the Role The CoNEXTions Street Outreach Program supports youth ages 12-21 who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness, abuse, trafficking, or exploitation. Outreach Specialists meet youth where they are-in the community, on the street, or in our drop-in center-offering safety, resources, and ongoing support. For our program to find success, we believe in meeting youth where they are. Street Outreach Specialists go out on the streets of our Cape Girardeau community to areas where youth frequently congregate, seek shelter, etc. and provide youth who are in need with a variety of resources: basic need items, community resource information, as well as just a safe person who is not asking or requiring anything in return for any services/items...

Contract - Mental Health Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, PLPC, LPC) Location: CCC Service Area - Primary need is in Bollinger and Madison Counties, however, we have availability for contract staff in the CCC catchment area: Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Madison, Perry and Ste.
