The Teacher is a role model and mentor within the classroom, responsible for delivering high-quality, developmentally appropriate, and Christ-centered programs for children. In addition to all Teacher responsibilities, the Lead Teacher supports the onboarding, observation, and mentorship of new teachers within their age group, helping to verify skills and foster a culture of excellence and spiritual growth. This position is designed for experienced educators who demonstrate spiritual leadership, strong communication, and a heart for serving others. Position Summary The Academy Ministry Leader (AML) is a unique role in the Early Childhood Education industry and will be responsible for the spiritual outcomes of Lionheart Children's Academy. Lionheart Children’s Academy commissions this ministerial position. The AML will develop relationships with the partner church, children, families, and staff while providing strategic ongoing spiritual oversight for the academy. The AML reports directly to the Academy Director and is part of the broader Lionheart Academy Ministry Leadership team. The AML interacts with, receives training from, and is coached by the Executive Director of Academy Ministry and the Chief Spiritual Development Officer.
