Brief Summary The Senior Risk Mitigation and Security Manager play a vital role in safeguarding the credit union through effective risk, vendor management, and business continuity programs. This position ensures proper bond and insurance coverage, supports effective information security practices, physical security measures, and management of leases. The ideal candidate will build strong cross-departmental relationships, listen actively, understand processes, and think strategically. Success in this role requires expertise in plan development, depository and lending operations, and a deep understanding of risks facing credit unions. This position is remote. However, we prefer candidates who can commute to a branch within the credit union network in a reasonable timeframe.
