Job Summary The Commercial Loan Officer position offers an experienced individual the opportunity to join OMB’s thriving team in the greater Kansas City area. As a representative of the bank, this lender will be instrumental in helping expand OMB’s brand recognition while increasing our market presence by engaging with community members who can benefit from the products and services offered, with a focus on commercial lending activities. The lender may have one or two direct reports, including loan assistants and developing lenders. The lender serves as a trusted guide for borrowers throughout the commercial loan process, from application through closing, and is responsible for managing their loan portfolio for the life of the loan. Portfolio responsibilities include overseeing draws, overdrafts, and past-due accounts.
