AR Supervisor (8:30pm-5am) The position oversees the day-to-day activities within the manufacturing environment of the lab. The Supervisor will ensure that performance and quality standards are met; schedule, supervise, and participate as necessary in the training of Lab Technicians, Optical Specialist and Lab Team Leads; and when required, assist, support, and participate in production activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ensure manufacturing efforts are aligned with the overall strategic direction of the organization. Audit the various production processes periodically throughout the day to ensure quality standards are being met. Develop and maintain reports reflecting the operational performance of the department in relation to yields, efficiencies and quality.
