Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Pottstown, PA and surrounding Region $80,000–$86,000 base + bonus eligible Full-time (exempt) & Part-time (non-exempt) roles available! We’re looking for a BCBA who wants to do meaningful clinical work while being part of a supportive, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll work across school and/or clinical settings, conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, and partnering closely with educators, families, and your clinical team. You’ll also supervise ABA staff and help guide effective, research-based interventions that make a real impact on the children we serve. To be successful, you’ll need your active BCBA Certification and (PA) LBS License, along with experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
